Mission: To ensure that low-income women, from teens through adults and their children, who have family histories of abuse and neglect, move on to stable, independent and self-sufficient lives; and to enhance the preservation of these at-risk families.
 
Services: Provides residential programs for low income women. (Children up to age 10 are accepted with mother. Mother can be any age.) All participants must be referred by a county children and youth system. The association also provides programs to families in their own homes (counseling, parenting, basic life skills, job training, teen parent outreach, supervised independent living, welfare to work and help finding any additional help that is needed).

Services: The Social Enrichment Center was founded to support individuals, families, schools and community organizations. Our objective is to build children’s and adolescent’s self-confidence and social connectedness. SEC provides direct care to young people, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic and instructional strategies. Further, our team equips caregivers with developmentally appropriate skills and strategies to build children and adolescents’ social competencies.

Parenting Support Program (6 sessions, held in Darby and Chester, PA) Workshops are also available.
